Ajuga orientalis Eastern Bugle
Often Ajuga orientalis can look like this with flowers relatively small in comparison to the rest of the plant. But it can also be quite floriferous with blue tinged leaves in which case it looks very different. The plant is always very hairy and leaves have hairs on both sides.
Ajuga orientalis is found in Italy, Albania, Greece, Ukraine, the Trans-Caucasus countries, Turkey, Palestine, Syria and Iran.
