Veronica beccabunga Brooklime C DD N
This is a common speedwell which grows in wet places such as bogs, marshes, and on stream beds. It can be a nuisance blocking up the flow of a small stream and that's the reason, I was told in all seriousness, that its species name is beccabunga: because it bungs up the becks. The large, glossy blunt leaves are quite a good diagnostic.
